There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee for an individual child’s registration.
Two week’s tuition will be deposited before the child starts the center. This deposit will be applied towards the last two weeks of tuition or refunded at the time of withdrawal if all payments are made till the day of leaving.
A minimum of one month written notice is required for program change/change of care requests or termination of service.
Tuition is due each month with no deductions for any absences, vacations, illness, or closures due to inclement weather, power outages, or other situations beyond our control. Tuition is due regardless of a child’s absence from the program for any reason and is required to hold a child’s space.
The tuition is due in advance by the 5th of each month. If the tuition is not paid by the 5th of each month, a late fee of $10.00 will be charged per day.
There will be a $25 charge per occurrence for returned checks.
A late fee of $1.00 per minute l will be paid to the center after the agreed pick up time.
Lunch, and two snacks are provided to full-time children and one snack is provided to half-day children.
If your child's start date does not fall on the first of the month, your first month's tuition will be prorated accordingly. If your child's last day does not fall on the last day of the month, your last month's tuition will be prorated accordingly.
The monthly fee is payable for all holidays and breaks.

Like any other working professional the provider will be taking two weeks of paid vacation. She will provide parents 30 days' notice in advance. (Mostly during Spring break, 4th of July or Thanksgiving week )
Following is the list of paid vacation planned for year 2022-2023.
November 21st - 25th (3 days of paid vacation)
January 3-6th (4 days of paid vacation)
February 16, 17 (2 days of paid vacation)
Personal day off, May 8th(1 day of paid vacation)
Provider will also take two weeks of unpaid vacation during spring break and summer)
Spring Break April 3rd to 7th (1 week of unpaid vacation)
Summer Break July 3rd -7th (4 days of unpaid vacation)
SYMPTOMS REQUIRING REMOVAL OF A CHILD FROM DAYCARE
We must exclude any child from our daycare center if he/she shows the following symptoms
Fever of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
Pink eye- conjunctivitis or pus draining from the eye
Bacterial infection and has not treated for 24 hours with antibiotics
Unexplained lethargy, crying and is unable to participate in all the regular activities of the day
Parents, or persons named on the emergency contact list, need to pick up their child promptly from the Daycare if any of the above symptoms are seen in the Daycare.
Parents need to provide release form from Doctor before the return of the child to Daycare if the child has a contagious illness.
SERVICE TERMINATION POLICY
The daycare service contract may be terminated at any time for any reason by either party with proper notice. The daycare provider has the right to terminate service for a child at any time with two weeks' notice for the reasons she feels necessary. Parents need to give a month's notice in writing if they would like to withdraw their child from the program or change the enrolled program.
